Keep In Touch Days - Pandemic
Has anyone come across anything online re guidance on KIT days during the pandemic? I’ve had a look but couldn’t see anything myself.
I’m office based, my department are all currently WFH - I’m one of the only people in my office that wasn’t upgraded to a laptop prior to starting maternity leave so I can’t do any KIT work or provide any assistance.
I was relying on the 10 KIT days as a small means of income during the 3 month no pay period but without a laptop (which everyone else has now been supplied with) I feel like I’m a little penalised as it’s left me unable to WFH like everyone else can?
I do need to speak to my employer but to be honest I seriously doubt that they will supply me a laptop for a few ad-hoc days work. Once I formally RTW if the current conditions still apply then I know I will be supplied with a laptop if I can’t go into the office.
Just wondered if anyone has seen anything that I could reference when I do speak to them.
