Yup. I’ve got these on my right ear and just the bottom two on the left ear and I sleep with them in because they don’t bother me and they’re incredibly hard to remove. 
I actually can’t remember the last time I took them out.... 🤔

I used to but my doctor told me it would be better for my ears if I let the holes “breathe” and have a break. So not anymore

No, only the stud in the top of my ear because it’s fairly new. And definitely not necklaces, I’ve always been scared they’ll choke me in my sleep.

Not dangle ones, I find they tend to cause me pain the following day if I do. Studs I do.

I have real gold tiny hoops that I always keep in at night and in the shower. They’re actually called “sleepers” so they’re comfy to sleep in. But with big ones or with studs, no unless the back of the stuff is short

I sleep with sleeper hoops in my lobes (2 silver and 1 white gold) and I sleep with the small curved barbell I got pierced with in my helix
