Please help stitches question

So I had my baby 11 days ago and I tore. The tear is kinda in my vagina, not on the outside if that makes any sense. All I know is after I pushed my baby out he started stitching me and it felt like maybe 4 stitches. They are STILL bleeding, 11 days pp. It’s kinda like a period except not a constant flow. When they do bleed, quite a bit comes out. They still hurt but not as much as before. When I went to the OB 4 days pp they said it’s normal they’re still bleeding but I expected it to have slowed down by now. How long did it take for everyone’s else to heal?
