Would this be a good idea?

Okay so my significant others dad unfortunately passed away before he was born. We had our son almost 4 months ago and it breaks my heart that not only did my SO not get to meet his dad but that my son won't be able to meet his other grandfather. Since father's day is coming up I was thinking of getting someone to draw a photo of my SOs dad with our son and possibly him too. Would that be a good idea? I tend to over think things 😅 I feel like I wouldn't want to offend anyone in his family by having this made.
