Hello everyone! I was in the depo shot for 9 months. I was due to get my shot November 11 2019. I didn’t get it. I know it takes a while for your body to go back to normal after the shot. I got my period back 2 months after getting off the shot. They started off being like spotting that would last 9 days or more. I finally started having regular cycles starting in March. And they have been consistent since. They come when they are supposed to come and last 5 days. I have read that I can take up to a year for some people to ovulate and become fertile again after being on the shot 1+ years. I’ve also ready that some people only have to wait a few months. My question to you all is, have any of you TTC after the depo shot, how long were you on it, and how long did it normally take for you to start ovulating again? I’m worried because my bf read and is worried that I could’ve messed up my fertility.

I have a 8 year old already. I found out I was pregnant right after my 18th birthday. I had him and got in the depo shot and was in it for years. Then went to the pill, then finally back to the shot. I wasn’t thinking of not being able to get pregnant. But now he has me worrying. Also seen and read reviews on a birth control cleanse drink. Has anyone tried it???
