I started my induction Sunday night and gave birth to my baby girl this afternoon. However I feel like I've had lots of complications since then and I'm really scared. I didn't experience anything like this with my other two births. As soon as the doctor delivered my placenta, I experienced a postpartum hemorrhage. I feel mildly traumatized because I was using a birthing mirror and could see just how much blood was gushing out of me. I lost 801 (I don't know the unit of measurement) amount of blood before they could get it under control. And just now while the nurse was trying to get me to use the restoom, I passed an absolute hard giant blood clot, the size of a baseball. Has anyone else gone through postpartum complications like these? I'm absolutely terrified.
