Self Isolation Depression

Ok so I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for a while now and I was able to create a routine (going to class/work/ driving around) and that really helped with depressive thoughts that I would have. But since everything with COVID-19 I haven’t really been able to leave the house so it’s just kind of me and my thoughts and I feel like everything has just been getting worse and it’s getting to the point where I can’t sleep anymore, does anyone have any tips on quieting racing thoughts or ways to distract myself? I just want to be able to relax without all of this stuff going on in my head.
