Would bloodwork show I’m pregnant before at home tests?

Tomorrow I go in for bloodwork and an ultrasound because I have PCOS and have irregular periods. My doctor wants to see if I have ovulated yet and then induce a period to get started on my medication-assisted TTC journey. I think I had ovulation spotting last week which would put me at around 9 DPO tomorrow. If I WAS pregnant, not saying I am, would it show in bloodwork or the ultrasound? Or would it be way too early? Thanks!

It could possibly show in blood work if it has implanted already.

I had a faint line on a first response with a hcg of 3 (had bloodwork done that afternoon after i tested). The bloodwork was technically negative but i insisted they retest, and my daughter is 19 months old now lol So for me, i knew from hpt first.

It depends on when implantation happened. If you get a quantitive blood test done it will tell you your exact hcg number. Anything over 5 is pregnant. Most HPT tests will be positive at 15 or 25.
