Is cramping only a sign of AF or can it be a sign of pregnancy? I’m supposed to start tomorrow. I haven’t taken any tests because I’m too scared. I usually start the day before glow said I’m going to but I know the app could be syncing better to my cycle. I’m trying to stay positive but it’s hard..
