You are not your siblings parent and you are NOT responsible to feed them 
You’re amazing for helping take care of them but you are way over spending on food. And your parents should be feeding THEIR children

I think it depends how much you need that money. If you don't need it urgently I would let it go, BUT when ever you go shopping next time ask them for money first. If you really need that money talk to your father he may not even know what us going on msybe he thinks that your mum covered the cost.
