A couple of days ago my partner and I had sex for the first time since I gave birth and I was 3 weeks and 4 days postpartum. It wasn’t painful at all and I feel completely fine. Do you think it’s alright?

Also nobody told me anything about recovery, sex, waiting, healing, infection. Not at the hospital, not at the home visits nothing so how was I supposed to know anything
