Day 42 no period BFN

On day 42 here and no sign of my period... I took a test this AM and negative. I had mild cramps for a week starting about two weeks ago, and the cramps went away after that. My breasts have been sore for the last 4/5 days and I’ve noticed increased Montgomery glands on my nipples. I’ve been super thirsty and tired lately and the past few days I’ve had a few episodes of nausea. I’ve also had lots of CM! My average cycle is 35 days and the longest cycle I’ve had was 50 days. I was on BC for three years and stopped taking it last August. I don’t know what to do anymore 😔
