Baby rejecting breasts?

My baby makes a fuss after he’s had the first letdown. I usually get 1 oz in the first letdown and I letdown 3-4 times in 20 minutes. I have to pump now because he’s too impatient and I see that I have plenty of milk for him. 
Does his fussiness after the first letdown mean he is rejecting my breasts?

My SIL’s second baby (a boy) would do this weird thing where after a short while nursing he would pop off and fuss and flail and generally create drama. She was at her wits’ end, when the midwife suggested that her son actually had to pee/poo when he was fussing, but was getting frustrated because he was basically not great at multitasking! 😆
So he would latch on, get a letdown/first feed, his digestion would be stimulated and he would feel the need to go, but would want to keep eating, wasn’t comfortable doing both at onc

Keep offering the breat! My baby went on a boobie strike and I was worried it was the end of our journey but I kept offering and then would pump if she got too fussy. She went back to the breast after about a week and is now on a bottle strike 🤦‍♀️

Do you have a fast let down (spraying, he has trouble keeping up)? If so it could be that he is not getting a great latch and taking in air and needs a burp. Have you tried burping and then putting him back on?
