Ladies I have anxiety on clothes shopping

I have high anxiety when it comes to cloth shopping and depression when I have to put clothes back on the rack. I hate going in the fitting rooms and having to hand the clothes back. When I look in the big mirror I bust out in tears. I hate my body even before having my son. I fit in many sizes 12-16 depending on cut and fit. I have no boods, wide arms, some tummy and wide hips. I feel like a sack of potatoes. I can't wear shorts because of thigh rub. I have one Jean and most of the time I wear pjs at home. This is affecting my relationship with my s.o. He wants me to buy clothes and not wear the same thing everyday. He says I dont need make up but change my clothes. He wants me to feel comfortable and express my personality and not be hot in Jean's. Do u guys have any online sites to use? I know my body measurements. I just want to bypass the fitting room and embrassiment of putting things back. I rather see measurements online. I don't want to pay like 100 on Jean's. Jean's under like 60 are fine. I know I will pay more because I'm consider plus size.
