I think I’m beginning to have a miscarriage

I’m pretty sure it’s starting. I woke to having light pink/brown discharge....

But to start from the beginning this is a high risk pregnancy. I’ve been getting checked every two days and I am 5 week 6 days. At first my progesterone was low but finally they got me on the inserts to help raise that level. I’m on blood thinners for a PE. My hcg was doing exactly what is should, doubling every 48 hours until last Thursday to Saturday. My HCG went from 648 to 649 after 48 hours. From Saturday to yesterday it went from 649 to 673. They were waiting till Thursday to do my second ultrasound to see if there has been growth. If yes then we would still be okay if not I would have a miscarriage and they said they’ll start me on medication to help it progress.

But as I first said this morning I woke up with having this light blood discharge. I feel like this is it.. This one isn’t going to stay. Today will forever be a birthday I will never forget😭💔
