What are some fun games that can be done over Zoom? Anything else you're doing differently for a virtual baby shower?

You can create a private room with baby related custom words, like pumping, stretch marks, water breaking etc. 
It took us almost an hour to finish the game (10 people) and we laughed so hard at each other’s drawings. :D

One idea I saw, when people RSVP they tell you if they'd like to colour or create a page in an ABC book. You then assign a letter and email out a colouring page to each person (they could just create their own). I'm guessing the best way to make the book last would then to scan and print the pages on thicker paper, or create a "picture book" through Costco or some place like that. 
Another "activity" is to do a baby picture slide show of mother and father to be. Depending on whos a part of it, family could share stories of what you were like as a baby. 
You could also email out the usual baby games (word scrambles, matching unusual animal baby names to the adult animal).
I created a "jeopardy" board with baby related trivia for a friend's baby shower. As long as you can share this over camera and the writing is legible, could still do something like that (I can share a picture of the one I created if people are interested)
Ask participants to send the organizer (or you, if you're planning your own) a chat message with advice for the new parents. That can then be shared with the new parents in whatever format, even if it's copy and pasted into a word document or maybe written in a card that's given when baby is born. Or, messages for baby that are then translated into the inside of a book by one identified person.
