Pregnancy after miscarriage

So on April 7th (Thursday) I started spot bleeding, I assumed it was my period but on Friday I noticed there was no more blood. I decided to take a pregnancy test and it came out a faint positive. I took another on Saturday and it came out positive immediately. My period was due on April 10th so I got two positives before I even missed my period. I took the last one on the 11th.

I know it’s still very early but I can’t help but to think the worst because just three months ago I had a D&C for a missed miscarriage. I noticed that my breast were sore a few days ago but it went away. I have no symptoms other than positive tests. My OB wants me to wait until June 5th to see him.

I know every pregnancy is different but I’d love to hear some stories from women that got pregnant after a miscarriage. I’ve had three miscarriage in the past and we just want our little rainbow baby 🌈👶🏻
