6 weeks old and congested advice please please!

My son is 6 weeks today and is so congested. I can hear it rattle in his chest, him try and push it up. And then swallow. Poor thing has CRIED all day because of it. I panicked and took him to the pediatrician. I’m trying my best with the nose Frita and saline drops. I also have a cool mist humidifier right next to him. I physically can’t hold him all night and day. And mentally can’t listen to him scream anymore it’s breaking my heart (and my ear drums) I need advice from other mamas.
