TTC baby #1

Good morning girls I have a quick question and any advice would be helpful.

Long story short this cycle I bled / spotted for about a week around 1/12 -2 weeks after my period. Doc wasn’t concern so I kind of just left it, fast forward to tracking ovulation I got 6 days of smiley faces and I got a near positive opk strip with my first smiley face but never get a peak. I’m thinking that I may have not ovulated due to bleeding or miss it. My partner and myself bd everyday. I’m 4 days from my period I have taken a couple of test got a faint line on a clear blue early detection and a dip test but negative on frer. Assuming those lines were coloured evaps. Anyways Don’t know if this is related but my boobs are killing me “could be because of AF” and I feel so sick until I eat something small. I also have thin cloudy white cervical mucus that constantly makes me undies wet SORRY TMI, and my cervix is still super high and by know it would have dropped back down. And advices girls.
