Losing faith PLEASE HELP

I’m trying to not give up but it’s so hard. My husband just tells me that we’re doing what we can and it’s okay but that just makes me more mad at him. I just want to grieve. Yesterday we got his semen analysis results back. You’re abnormal sperm are supposed to be 0-30 his was 68!!!!!!! Your normal sperm is supposed to be 70–100 his was 32!!! I’m devastated. We’re changing up his life style. But does anyone else have this same problem?? & what are you doing about it? & why is it like that???
