Ear seeds for fertility

Has anyone used ear seeds to help aid in fertility ? I want to try acupuncture but places are still closed. When they open up I will definitely go to acupuncture but I’m curious who has done this ? Did it lead to a BFP? Did it help with your cycle at all? Leave your thoughts please
