What are the signs you are expecting twins or more before an ultrasound?

So this will be my second pregnancy. I didn’t find out I was pregnant until with my first until I was 9 weeks pregnant at a doctor appointment to get the implanon implanted in me. Nonetheless I wasn’t showing at the slightest and i went full term with my son. He was born 9lbs 2oz healthy and happy. This pregnancy is with my new partner/fiancé and this will be his first child. He said twins runs in his family. According to missing my last period I should be about 5 weeks and 3 days but I am I already showing like crazy and growing even more by the week! The pic on the left was me last Sunday vs this past Sunday-excuse me looking a hot quarantined mess. Lol. So I am so confused right now. I’m not scheduled to see my doctor until next week. He first wants me to do labs to confirm the pregnancy for office records. Then I’ll be able to see him 2 days later. Not sure if he will conduct an ultrasound right away having that the purpose of my visit will be to get a referral to an outside OBGYN. At this point i just want to know if/what are the signs that I might be having twins until an ultrasound can confirm it. I’ve been told many things from other moms. That you start showing sooner during your second pregnancy. Or that once you have one big baby you will continue having more big babies. All this makes sense. But showing at 5 weeks like I’m nearly 3 months is mind blowing. And for the record i would love twins, I just don’t know if I’m carrying multiples or just getting fat from this quarantine. Send help or answers. Lol
