34 Weeks + 3days cramps!!

Hi first time mommmy here and I’ve been getting such bad cramps in my lady parts the last two days followed by back pain no type of discharge of any kind

Anyone experiencing cramps? Please help there painful 😖 I can only imagine giving birth
