Should I call my OB.?

Im not sure if I should call my OB..I’m 14+3 pregnant. she knew I was having pain already & checked me for a UTI & STDs (I’m negative ) since I’m having stomach/bladder pain. It’s been a week since I saw her & last night the pain was bad my stomach had a severe sharp pain & I went pee & it was a relief BUT at the same time my bladder was hurting a lot & I had a sharp pain in my vagina & my stomach. It took my breath away I had to bend over & slowly walk back to bend. The pain stayed for half an hour or so. Every time I have to pee my bladder hurts a lot & it’s a sharp pain I get.. if I’m UTI & STD negative what can cause this much pain.?? My doctor thought round ligament pain but does it really hurt that bad.??😔
