Moving friend in

Hey my best friend has been put out of her apartment and needed a place to stay. I told her she could stay with me until she got back on her feet. I have a 2 br apartment. I have my room and my son has his own room. I just recently moved from my parents home and was happy to be giving my son his own space.Me and my friend was talking and she was expecting me to move my son out of his room and I asked how long did she plan on staying. She said until the end of the year. I wasn’t expecting her to be there that long but I don’t have a problem with her being there as long as she is helping with bills and things. But am I wrong for not wanting to move him out of his room?
