I had a missed miscarriage 3 weeks ago. I found out last week & had another ultrasound today just to be 100% sure. With that said it's been 3 weeks with no spotting or cramping. I've decided to ask for the pills instead of waiting for it to occur naturally. If you opted for the pill can you let me know your experience. I know everyone is different but I have zero clue on what yo expect.
