Out of your list all are good cars except Mazda. I’d definitely get one of the 3 you like the most. Mazda’s lose value very quickly.

Not to push you towards it. But I help build cars for Subaru. I build the outbacks and Imprezas. They are one of the safest cars you can get. Reason being, if you got into a head on collisions, the engine and the front of it is meant to crumble before it smashes up to the driver and passenger seat. We have had many costumers write letters stating how thankful they were because they got in a major accident and rolled the car 3 times and the parents and kids didn’t have a single scratch on them or major injuries. It’s one of the safest cars to have.

My husband and I have owned many, many cars. Sports and muscle cars to be exact. I drive a Ford Raptor as my mom truck. Subarus, Toyotas, and Hondas are all very reliable. I would not recommend a BMW. Hell, I would recommend an Audi or Mercedes before I would ever settle for a BMW. 
I personally really like the styling of the redesigned Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander. I wouldn’t be caught dead in one, but I’m also a car enthusiast who needs something fast, functional, and fun! I would recommend anything 4WD or AWD. 
I have actually read a lot of good things about the Kia Telluride. I am not familiar with Kias, other than they drop like a rock in value so I would buy used, but that SUV got Motortrend’s SUV of the year. I love me some Motortrend and I trust their judgment. 
We are a Ford family, but we are not Ford exclusive fans. 😎

Subaru’s are incredibly overpriced but they hold their value the best. But they do have issues with head gaskets and timing belts. I have a Toyota RAV4 and love it. My husband has a Mazda CX-5 and loves it. They are actually made by Toyota now (2016 and newer) and are built better. 
Stay away from fords and jeeps, both are notorious for expensive mechanical issues and need a stupid amount of maintenance. I’ve had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and liberty and 2 Ford F-150s and a Fusion. We will NEVER buy either of those brands again. I swear we were driving loaner cars more than our own cars when we had them.

We generally always have at least one Toyota. I really like my rav 4 right now! We often have a Subaru as well, and I loved my forester!
