I’m 4 days late!!

I’m 4 days late and I took a test the day AF was suppose to show and it was negative , my boobs are more perky, my husband is so sick like nausea sick and has been for a week now ! I’m bloated , and my nipples are a little dark but not much , could I be pregnant ? I know “take a test” I am tomorrow morning but I just don’t want to get my hopes up AGAIN! What do y’all think? Pregnant or no
