Seamoss, I discovered prenatal vitamins mostly have synthetic ingredients causing constipation 😲😲😲

Honestly, there is not one that is much better than the others ... as long as it has DHA in it, they are all pretty much the same. Some grocery stores offer free prenatal, which is what we recommend to our patients...(Meijer stores in my area) why pay for them if the free ones are just as good? 😉
