Have any of you been to a chiropractor (specifically prenatal) during your pregnancy for back pain?

I have my appointment this friday and I am so excited because my mid back has been soooo tense it almost prevents me from doing simple movements around the apartment. I am working from home since last March and I think that it the main reason I really feel like I need this service due to sitting in front of the computer all day. 😩

Ugh yes I go weekly. It's a lifesaver even after having baby. I love the chiropractor, it's the best choice I've made for my body ever. I also went my whole first pregnancy and I really think it was a contributing factor to my quick and easy labor.

Yes I’ve gone to her with my other two pregnancies as well. She helped me so much with sciatica!

Not yet but I may be. I actually asked about it at my 24 week appt today because my lower back is struggling. He gave me some tips to try first but said to it hesitate if I feel it’s warranted and just to make sure they know I’m pregnant.

I go regularly. I would just do some research to find one who does alot of work with pregnancy. I work for a chiropractor and he says some styles are better than others and he ussually refers pregnant clients to a chiropractor who specializes in pre-natal adjustments.
I also highly recommend massage as well! Same deal, just find a therapist with the pre-natal training:)

My chiropractor isn’t necessarily a prenatal specialist but I still go while pregnant for back stuff. It’s also really good to go shortly after having your baby too because labor and birth can get you really out of whack!
