How do you get a break?

I've been home with my kids since the middle of March and I am starting to get frustrated. I never get a break. Even when I shower I usually get interrupted by my husband or 2yo. Cant leave the house, cant go anywhere... ughhh how do you get a break right now?

My LO goes to bed at 7pm so I use that time that I'm awake to clean up the house and then pamper myself/watch a show and spend alone time with my husband.

One of us sleeps in Saturday and the other on Sunday. The one waking up early takes the baby to go get coffee and breakfast for him and go for a drive. We start the day as a family around 9 or 10.

I stay up after my daughter goes to bed. My SO works nights and my daughter goes to bed between 8-9. I usually stay up until 11 or 12. I’m tired in the morning but it’s so worth it to me.

I trade sleep in for private time. It sucks, but it's my only option until the pandemic calms down

I’m up before the rest of my house. I use that time to scroll my phone and have “me time”

Wake up before everybody in the house and just leave for a few minutes. If that doesn’t work I just tell my husband I need a few minutes alone and I leave.
