Spotting 5 Weeks

Hello!!

I’m 5 weeks 1 day today, on Monday afternoon I started with a little spotting, just some drops dark brown. Continued yesterday and today. Very little cramping but nothing that hurts... we went to the doctor yesterday, she took a look, and told us that we shouldn’t worry but I’m in bed now for a week just as a precaution. This is my first baby, we got a lot of trouble getting pregnant, got a fertility treatment that didn’t work, so this is our miracle baby and we really, really want this pregnancy to go well. Any spotting stories gone well to help thinking positive??
