Letrozole ???

Has anyone else been prescribed this medicine due to not ovulating and actually gotten pregnant? I have been trying to conceive my second for a year but have anovulatory cycles. Can’t start till next cycle bc I am too far along in this one. Need some success stories that this will work. Any side affects?

I got pregnant with it twice. Lost the first pregnancy due to other reasons and this time around I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant with twins. I was told it does increase your chance of multiples

I was told your chances for multiples are not nearly as great with this as with clomid. Is that true? Also how many moths did it take you to conceive each time on the meds? Sorry for your loss but congratulations on rainbow baby.

I’ve just started my first cycle of Letrozole yesterday! Fingers crossed for us both! 🤞🏽
