Should👏 have 👏said 👏no!!!!☹

So here we are again, praying this will be the last time I EVER have to vent about these people. My neighbors, oh my neighbors. They had been evicted for not paying rent in over a year. We are buying our home through the man they rented from. Well, instead of paying their rent or even calling the landlord to see if he'd work w them (he said he would have) they decided to up and leave. They came to me and told me they had to go out of town for a week, asked if I could "dog sit" let the dogs out feed, water, walk ect. I told them yes. Why? I still don't know! I have a 2 month old but some how manage her, my dogs, plus this. Anyhow, the wife tells me they will be back. I go inside and tell my husband and he says "they aren't coming back." I'm like "why do u say that?" Hes like "I've watched them load things up coming and going. I'm telling u they plan on leaving those animals behind." I'm a kind person and like to give ppl the benefit of the doubt. I'm like "Noo. They'll come back. She couldn't. " well here we are almost 2 weeks later, no contact from her, her phone is now off, she said she'd leave an emergency # taped to my car she didnt, no electricity in the house, no water & theres 3 abandoned dogs. Oh, and no dog food!! I should have known. I'm too trusting. So I told the owner of the home. I told him I'll call animal control to come pick them up. Mean while im still caring for them. Animal control needs a court order. so I call him and let him know. He wants me to take them in but a surrender fee is 30$ per dog. He says "if you take them in I'll knock off 100$ from ur payments." I'm like ???? yes I agreed to care for the animals but it's not my property. All he has to do is get a court order! Sigh. So now I have to walk these poor dogs into the shelter😩 I'm so glad they are gone but even now they are gone I'm still dealing w them. It's so sad these dogs look at me like they know. They watched the only ppl they knew and loved leave. I cant. I dealt with them asking for things constantly, milk, eggs, aluminum foil, toilet paper, ect. Asking for rides when I was 34 weeks pregnant on bed rest, hitting my brand new car then lying, taking my husbands tools anytime they felt like it, running over my cat then lying again, jumping on my trampoline without permission and so soooo much more. probably the worst neighbors in history, who btw DO NOT deserve animals! They took their 700$ Boston terrier and left the rest☹ evil ass people. I used to rescue dogs so I guess they knew I wouldn't let them die. Still doesn't make it right!
