Help!

So i starded taking folic acid vitamins and now i am 3 days late. Im feeling all my regular symptoms before my period like my boobs hurt, and i have light cramps throughout the day. Except this time around i have very sharp pains in my abdomen it woke me from my sleep today even. Has anybody taking folic acid experience anything like this? I haven’t been late on my period in a long time I’ve actually been early but i dont wanna get exited because what if its the folic acid
