Low AMH

I've been told that my AMH level is extremely low 0.76. Has anyone ever had any success with conceiving naturally with low AMH? I am devastated and hoping that I still have a little chance of conceiving naturally. My husband and I have been trying for 3 years now. Almost losing hope.
