What are the possibilities of Natural Vaginal Delivery with Twins?..I'm terrified of C-Sections👀😬

Did your doctor automatically say C Section because you where expecting twins?... or did you have an option ?

I had an option! At first I was 100% for a C-section because the thought of pushing two babies out of me was so scary and seemed impossible. Plus, sometimes things go wrong and you need a C-section anyways. So I told everyone I wanted a C-section. But as I did my research and talked to my doctors, I realized that it would actually be more beneficial to have them vaginally, because it is possible. So I had an epidural and I have birth vaginally after all! It's definitely possible and amazing that I was able to do that. Plus, recovery is easier with vaginal delivery. I would definitely do your research and if you want to have a vaginal delivery, I would certainly try! Good luck!!

Both of mine were head down at 38wk2days. I came in at 4cm for an induction. All they had to do was break my water for me to go into labor.
Baby A I had vaginally, no issue. 
Baby B once a was out attempted to descend but became malpositioned. His shoulder came down first. Attempted external repositioning but it wasn’t working. Elbow wanted to go first at one point. So, into csection I went. 
So I’m recovering from a vaginal and csection delivery here. Even though both were head down going into it.

My doctors are basically following my lead and will deliver baby b breach if necessary but baby a is head down so we are thinking of going vaginally. I get to pick in about 3 more weeks!

I haven’t delivered yet (31w+3d with di/di twins, so the lowest risk of twins) but Plan A is vaginal delivery. This is my second pregnancy, first was an uncomplicated vaginal delivery, and I haven’t had any complications or additional risks so far with the twins. So as long as baby A is head down that’s what we’ll be doing. Our main goal is to get all three of us through delivery safely, so while vaginal delivery is my preference, I’m accepting of the possibility of a c-section.
In my case, if my doctor wanted to just schedule a c-section right from the get go just because I was having twins, I would have found a new doctor.

Wasn’t an automatic c-section, and the plan was if Baby A went head down we could do it vaginally... Baby A spent all of six days head down and then went back to transverse the night before induction, so c-section time! There are many things you can do to try to get them to move head down, but i think this baby just wants to do things its own way!

I will have mine on Tuesday at 28 weeks and 3 days (if I make it through the weekend). My first two pregnancies where vaginal and my Doctor said I was a great candidate for twin vaginal delivery as long as baby A was head down. Sadly Baby A has never turned head down and as of yesterday day Baby B went from head down to transverse. I’m comfortable now that for my babies a c-section is needed but can’t help being a tad sad about it. In the end I want them safe and healthy.

I could have them vaginaly if I wanted but I decided to just have a repeat c section to be on the safe side and get my tubes tied whilst they are in there.

Our first was uncomplicated, unmedicated vaginal delivery. My Dr was on board for the same with our twins if A was head down and bigger than B. However A was measuring smaller than B, and B was transverse with spine up. My Dr said if Bs water broke before they could try to flip head down we were at serious risk for cord prolapse. That was a risk he wasn’t willing to take over the safety of myself and both babies. The decision was made to C section when I was sent to L&D due to high blood pressure. He gave me until I was admitted for baby B to go head down or transverse.
