Requesting a c-section

So when I had my daughter I was induced at 38 weeks because she was IUGR and was only 5lbs 10oz and her head was tiny only in the 3rd percentile. With her I had a hard delivery he heart kept decelerating when I was pushing and she ended up needing to have the vacuum used to get her out because she just wouldn’t fit. And i has 2 second degree years. Well this baby which is a boy last time we checked his head is in the 85th percentile and is estimated to be much larger than she was I am so scarred to delivery in vaginally. I am terrified to end up in an emergency situation. Any thoughts on requesting a c-section?
