Can you tell what position your baby is in?

Question

I'm 26 weeks so it's a little too soon for me to figure out if certain bumps are a baby butt or head or shoulder, foot or elbow or hand, but I was curious how many of you know your baby's movements and can totally tell what's what in there?

All day I've felt flutters way down low which lead me to believe my little one is feet down, but tonight I started feeling similar flutters up by my ribs! Wondering if he flipped, and if he did, how I missed it?

I can't tell now at 25+ weeks nor could I tell with my first until much later in the pregnancy.

At 26 weeks baby can still flip quite a bit on a regular basis so could be head down one part of the day and then breech the next. With my first I could tell after a certain point (about 30 weeks) if she was head down and which way she was facing, she loved poking her butt out too. At 34 weeks I knew she flipped breech and then had it confirmed via ultrasound, but I was able to flip her back head down within a little over a week later.

I'm 27 weeks, and though I can't always tell if she's head down or up, I can definitely tell when she's transverse, which for whatever reason, she favors more than anything. And honestly, it's painful, especially when she stretches.

34 weeks tomorrow and I know for sure my baby's head is Down. Lol

I always think she's in a ball especially at night when in sleeping and switch sides, she definitely feels like she rolls up into a ball. At my last to ultrasounds she actually was in a ball position. All curled up with her legs over her head and her feet past her legs. Lol

I've been experiencing a lot of movement down low for weeks- went to the doctor on Friday and she's head down. Doc said the movement could definitely be her hands. 
I've been wondering myself when I will feel movement and know if it's a hand, foot, head etc too. I am currently 27w 1d
