More than doubling HCG?

Question

So I'm not sure how far along I am but I went in for an ultrasound last Wednesday and the doctor didn't see anything. She sent me for blood work Wednesday and Friday. I got my results back and on Wednesday they were 2,907, Friday they were 6,794. 156% increase 😳 I go in for another ultrasound next Wednesday. What do y'all think it's going on?

I’ve read somewhere that if it doubles within days, you might have twins or more. I don’t know if it’s true. Keep us up to date... ?

UPDATE: One baby! Measuring at 6 weeks and 2 days heart rate is 127❤️

Mine went from 37 - 147 in 2 days at 3w5d today at 6wk 5d we saw baby on ultrasound.
