I have really bad cramps and I have no idea how to make them go away nor calm them please help ?

Answer

Honestly take one of these after you have eaten and give it like 30 minutes to kick in. The pain will go right away. I suggest try taking a nap or a hot bath after taking the pill to help alleviate some pain until the pill does kick in.
