Is my bump too small???

Question

Baby is small in general, 10th percentile but growing adequately - the doctors aren’t concerned as of now. People have started making comments about how small I am for 28/29 weeks/7 months etc... it’s starting to worry me :(

For reference here’s a pic from 19.5 weeks but to be fair it was taken at night and after a full day of eating if that makes a difference whereas the one from 29 weeks was mid day.

no such thing as a “too small” bump! everyone carries different. i’ve been the same size since like 18 weeks lol. you look great!!

This was me at 28 weeks with my 1st pregnancy My stomach basically looked the same as yours from the side when clothed. My belly ended up a whole lot bigger a few weeks later. Don’t stress it!! You look great!

If the doctor isn’t concerned don’t listen to other people. Every single woman’s bump is different at different stages in pregnancy. My best friends bump was barely even noticeable at 6 months but my sisters was very very noticeable. It all depends on the woman.

A bump doesn’t determine a healthy pregnancy, that’s a misconception. If baby is healthy and growing, no worries

The only opinion you should be concerned about regarding your size is your doctor. If they aren't concerned, there's probably no reason to be. I am "too small" this pregnancy and was during my second pregnancy. My doctor sends me to random "emergency growth scans" every now and again. But I am/was much smaller. Like I was your size at delivery with my first two and am not that big with my third at 33 weeks, but my doctor is the one who brought it up. And still, according to the ultrasound techs, my baby is fine. And so were my first two.
