Is being told you have a 'baby face' a compliment?

I'm 31 and was just told I have a baby face by a guy and then after he said 'good genes'. I don't take it as a compliment.... 🙄 I'm actually sort of insulted. Lol

Odd one out but I think there’s a difference between having a baby face and looking young. A baby face to me is someone with chubby cheeks, round forehead, and all the features are close together. I worked with a guy and he had a “baby face” but he certainly did not look young.

I am almost 34 and I could pass for 25. It can be a little annoying because you're a grown woman but nowadays I take it as a compliment. We just have good genes and you take care of yourself. No harm. ☺
