I’m currently talking to other people but I’m still not over my ex. We broke up 4 days ago😓 it’s so hard and I’m suffering. We were together 3 years! This pain just makes me suicidal!

If you’ve only been single for 4 days you should probably focus on yourself and not jump into talking to other people. It takes a long time to get over a big relationship. Look for support from friends and family and take care of yourself x

Self love is very important love no one absence should make u suicidal. Self reflect get to know you and things that make u happy in a solitude setting. Maybe watch a favorite movie alone. Paint your nails try a new hairstyle or something. ❤️✨ YOU GOT THIS ☺️

It’s normal to feel sad , you need to grieve,it takes probably 3 months before you start to feel better 
You really need to focus on yourself, read online about break ups sometimes that help ,do a journal write about how you feeling each day , writing really helps , look around be grateful that you are alive , you health or whatever you have , love yourself, cry when ever you feel like it ,talk to your family or close friends . 
Stop contact with your ex , delete his number, actually take some break from any social media, so you won’t see anything about your ex .
Write all the bad things about your ex then read them this will help you , 
Wake up early in the morning 
Do meditation, go for walk , yoga , listen to some happy music , you will get through this ,trust me you will start to feel better soon this will make you stronger as a person ,

If you're well aware that you aren't over your ex, you shouldn't be talking to other people. It's one thing to have like a random hookup but another to be talking to and trying to get to know new people.....you need time to yourself, not a replacement relationship. You'll just wind up bringing pain and unresolved feelings into anything that comes from talking to these people.
