Stuck with potty training

My daughter is doing great as long as she is in underwear and has to pee. She is good 99% no accidents. She will “stop and go right away” (thanks Daniel tiger).

But ... it all goes away if she is wearing pants. We have talked on how we want to keep the pants dry, but nope consistently she will pee and poop for that matter if there are pants. I think only twice in the last two weeks we had successful outings in pants. But it’s not a matter of distance to the potty because she will do it at home too.

We are also stuck with pooping, complete refusal. She will wait till her nap or night time (when she is still in diaper and poop then). We have talked about pooping in the potty and how we are going to have cupcakes with blue frosting (something she truly desires but we have never done).

Any tips on how to move forward? We’ve been in the underwear only phase for weeks now.
