BIG clogged duct???

I’ve been exclusively pumping for the 7 weeks I’ve had my daughter. This week I have been a huge, hard lump in my left breast. It gets very hard and painful when it gets closer to pumping time. The hardness and pain relieves a little after pumping. Everything I read online said blocked ducts usually have a lump the size of a pea, and you don’t get any milk. Mine isn’t so much a lump, but about half my breast is rock hard... and I am still getting plenty of milk. I have tried hot compress, massaging it, even using an electric toothbrush on it. It has now been three days, so I called my doctor and have not heard back.

Does anyone have suggestions of how to get rid of this?
