Over Easter week, I posted about having dark red blood and having to call in. I bled every week at least twice from 5 weeks until finally about two weeks ago. Turns out the I had a larger than average SCH. I’m 12 weeks 4 days and we felt comfortable to announce to everyone on social media yesterday after I went for my appt and while there the doctor decided to send me for an ultrasound to see if it cleared up. I got some awesome pictures of the baby, even one of a foot, and my SCH has reabsorbed! I have a fetal doppler and have been able to find the HB every time. Both here and the doctors office it’s always up in the 160s. 5 weeks of bleeding, 5 ultrasounds, 11 weeks of quarantine, and 7 weeks of pelvic rest...it’s been quite the experience. Ready to move forward and start planning for him or her to get here!
