Possible positive after ectopic and freaking out

So i had an ectopic miscarriage last month. I didn't need the injection or surgery, apparently it miscarried on its own.

My dilemma is that my gyno told us not to try for for a baby for 3 months because he wanted me to heal and have a HSG done. We BD once in my cycle and he didn't even cum in me (sorry TMI) so I'm not really sure if this test is positive. It's only showing half of a second line so was thinking that maybe it was faulty. What you you all think???? I'm stressing that it will be ectopic again!
