I started with milk in the beginning of my pregnancy since my prenatals don’t have enough calcium, but it started making me feel really sick so I stopped. Now I can only have milk in my cereal.

I've had milk for the past 3 days. All I've been drinking is milk. I havent ate much of anything except barbecue pork rinds 😅 I had 4 glasses of milk back to back. The rest has just been random throughout the day...is my body telling me something?
