Soft cup/disc for insemination ttc

Hello wonderful ladies. After 4 unsuccessful iui and 1 miscarriage after a successful iui - we know we know all of our insides are okay.

I’ve been using soft disc for ttc this month. After my hubs donation in the disc/ cup - we insert it inside me and leave it in for 12 hours. Next morning when I take the disc out, there is a lot of fluid - not sure preseed, my fluid or sperm fluid. I just hope I’m doing it right and not letting all of the good guys hang out in the cup all night
